Additional Information

ADDITIONAL APPROVAL SUPPORT

We partner with OneApp to help applicants who may need additional approval support during the leasing process.

If your application does not initially meet our standard screening requirements, OneApp may be able to provide an alternative approval option to help you move forward with your lease application.

You can learn more about how OneApp works here: oneapp.rentals

For questions about the process, pricing, or eligibility, please contact our leasing office.

Leasing Requirements

We require 2.5x the monthly rental amount and the following:

Rental history verification
Credit & Background check
No evictions in past 2 years

We do not accept evictions filed within the past 2 years. All applicants must meet required leasing criteria as outlined in the application. Please contact the office for further requirements.

Security Deposit Options

Qualified applicants may be eligible for our Zero Deposit option for just $24 per month — a simple and convenient alternative to paying a larger upfront security deposit.

Traditional security deposit options are also available. Security deposit amounts are determined after your application screening is completed.
