The rent is reasonable and location is great! They are putting all new windows in the complex next year, I heard, and things seem to really nice here for the money. Having lived in [many places]... for 33 years... I have to say this is one of the nicest, well kept, and safest community we have lived in for a long time. The office staff [made sure] that my husband and I were treated extremely well... It was totally clean, freshly painted, newly carpeted, and overall, move-in ready. Also, after our inspection, the few minor things that needed attention were resolved within 24 hrs... I would highly recommend [applying] to this special community right away.

I like living at Pickwick farms. It's close to the highway which is very convenient. Security car is here every night. The property is neat and well maintained. Staff is nice and helpful. Maintenance is always available. It's a good place for affordable price.

I LOVE it here! I have lived in several apartment communities, and nothing compares to my life here. As a single mother, it was hard for me to find a nice QUIET place to live... There are a lot of kids here but most of them are pretty well behaved. The maintenance crew never fails. The same day service is amazing. The office staff is so wonderful. They are always smiling and there for me when I need them... I recommend this community to anyone looking to move.

I've lived at Pickwick for 9 months and...the staff are friendly and helpful...The actual apartments are fairly nice [and] well-insulated, and I've never heard a peep from neighbors on either side... However, [there are] small children who like to play outside in the evenings... I feel comfortable walking around, even at night... Maintenance requests are tended to in a timely fashion... The location is good ([everything] within 3 minutes driving). [I] highly recommend Pickwick Farms.

I love this apartment... My neighbors have been quiet and friendly. [Kids sometimes play] out back, but they are never rowdy... I've had no insect issues other than the occasional spider... Parking has been decent and you can't beat the free cable! My bedroom is unbelievably large for the size of my apartment and management has been great and quick to respond to any maintanence issues [and] there is onsite security... it's been a real pleasure staying at Pickwick Farms (great location too).

I'm a current resident at Pickwick Farms, The clubhouse is just great, on my day off, I go there in the morning and stay for hours , it has everything you need to enjoy your time. friendly and helpful staff, good maintenance, grounds are clean. huge laundry room..... My service dog and I have lived at Pickwick Farms for the last 6 years. Since Zidan Property Managment purchased it... the difference is like Night and Day: New roofs on each building, better physical grounds maintenace... new very quiet washers and dryers in laundry room, very upgraded clubhouse facilities: Beverly Hills Movie Mogul Theater room, sun tan bed, pool table, Wi-Fi, resurfaced streets and new lights... Pickwick Farms is an excellent value in today's budget conscious environment!

This is a great place to live and raise a family. Quite and respectful apartment complex. Office staff and maintenance are very respectful and polite. Very affordable and maintained very well. Any maintenance issues are resolved the same day if not then the next day. I love living here and do not plan on moving anytime soon.

I have been living here for 2 years and I love it. It feels like home. Anytime something needs done in my apartment, maintenance is there the same day or the following day. I never have problems with my neighbors, everybody really stays to their self. I would definitely recommend these apartments to other people!
