Best decision

Going through divorce can be really difficult. Pickwick Farm Apartments provided me the perfect atmosphere to recover. Nice staff, efficient maintenance and safety. On top of all of that, I could never have beaten the value! Thanks Pickwick Farms Apartment Staff. When my life was at it's lowest, you help me piece it back together!

Great Apartment Home Living

I love living here, it’s very quiet and the I feel safe. Management is definitely doing a good job! Maintenance is always on time to fix any problem you may have and being close to the highway makes for easy travel. If your looking for a good apartment check out Pickwick Farms you might come to love it.

Great Job hopefully

On October 27th, 2018 on a Saturday. The maintenance said to give just a few days. Will do so hopefully it might finally work. I do want to take this opportunity to thank Oscar and Billy, thank you guys so much for at least trying even though Billy broke our bathtub water flow with all do respect. And I mostly wanted to thank Pick wick farms staff for all their efforts and follow ups on the maintenance performance. I want to thank PickWick Farms Management team for such a remarkable and excellent service provided ever since we lived here, thank you very much. And I will wait a couple of days to see if the new heater as they say does work and will keep the Amazing staff updated. I want to say I'm sorry if I was in any way rude or disrespectful to anyone, but if any of you were in my shoes and using the stove to heat up hot water just to be able to take a bath, surely you would understand. Thank you again and my sincere apologies if I hurt anyone's feelings during this unfixed problem that we are currently still facing. Thank you for all that you do sincerely.

No hot water at all

Dear Amazing Pickwick Staff, There has been no hot water ever since we lived here at 1774 Handball ln. apt. A, 46260. The people that were sent to fix our hot water issue are terrible and it seems like they don't even know what their doing. I love the staff, don't get me wrong. I have to heat up the water on the stove because hot water doesn't last for more than five minutes. Me and my big brother are always working over time so we can never talk about our issue. Please, I beg you, the heater that was provided to us is aweful and one of the toilets has been broken ever since we lived here, the other one just makes loud noise every half an hour. One guy you sent to fix the broken toilet even said to me, "Just leave the top off, if I was you!". The other who is our neibor, he tried to fix our showers and now because of him the shower caps look like their about to fall off the wall! Thank you for letting us live here and we truly appreciate your support, but the hot water issue, shower caps and broken toilets ever since we lived here is terrible and if there was a grade for the maintenance, they would get an F for not knowing what they are doing at all. Please send us real american workers who can help us, I feel like we've been put in an apartment with a broken heater and was completely forgotten about. I love the staff and the friendly neibors but the maintenance are just miserable at what they do, and I'm sure we're not the only ones who think so, trust me. please help us for God sake, winter is on the way and its Oct, 10/26/2018 and we still don't have a single issue resolved like we were sadly promised. Great Complex

This is a great place to live and raise a family. Quite and respectful apartment complex. Office staff and maintenance are very respectful and polite. Very affordable and maintained very well. Any maintenance issues are resolved the same day if not then the next day. I love living here and do not plan on moving anytime soon.

Great Place

I been here for almost 10yrs. Clean apartments friendly neighbors, maintenance crew workfast. Any maintained issues are reseolve on the same day. Office staff have always been helpful in every way. I will not be moving until I get my own house.

5 Year Resident

I've lived here for 5 years now, and although I am moving next year due to needing more space and some amenities, it is an over all great place to live. It is close to everything (downtown, broad ripple, Castleton, etc.). The staff is friendly and helpful and the maintenance is on point! Never had any major issues and any issues I did have they resolved them in a timely fashion. Nice neighborhood and friendly neighbors (at least they minded their business..lol). I would still stay there if they had a washer and dryer connections in their units as well as more storage space, but other than that great place!

Meh... Lots of Pros, Lots of Cons

Parking is good, community is quiet and feels safe day and night (although someone did steal my patio furniture), staff is friendly (except for the manager), clubhouse is nice (although it's closed on Sundays, when many people would like to use it), neighborhood around the complex is nice, it's close to I-465 on/off ramps, and the overall value is good. Unfortunately, there are many issues as well. The apartments are old and falling apart. Wallpaper is stained and peeling off the walls, sometimes hanging off, sometimes just stapled to the wall. The first 3 months I lived there, the stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, and kitchen faucet broke down more than once. Never did get the stove to work, but I rarely cook, so I didn't press the issue. Maintenance came to replace the fridge and spilled filthy water all over the linoleum and carpet, didn't even clean it up. Patio screen doors just fall off the tracks--you can't even use them. Many apartments around the complex have their screen doors on the ground or against the exterior wall just sitting there. Maintenance doesn't regularly stock the dog feces bags around the complex--my closest station wasn't stocked for MONTHS at a time and as a result, lots of people don't pick up after their dogs and the grass can be disgusting. Neighbors can be rude, litter cigarettes everywhere and intentionally or accidentally break glass by the dumpsters and never clean it up. They arbitrarily closed the pool September 1st even though it was in the upper 80s and 90s. They lie about referral bonuses, they find excuses to not give them out. Off-duty cops act as security; they're lazy jerks. They sit in one spot all night playing on the Internet instead of patrolling. They shut the laundry area down before it's supposed to be closed and turn the lights off about a quarter to closing time. You have to grope around in the dark for your clothes. When I moved in, my apartment reeked of smoke and the outdoor storage unit was filthy.

HOME SWEET HOME

I have been living here for almost 3 years and I don't have any complaints. Free cable is nice. Anytime I have a maintenance request they come right away. I don't feel unsafe or anything here, especially with the new security cameras they have around the property. I love it here!

AC issues.

Love it here!

I have been living here for 2 years and I love it. It feels like home. Anytime something needs done in my apartment, maintenance is there the same day or the following day. I never have problems with my neighbors, everybody really stays to their self. I would defiantly recommend these apartments to other people!

Pleasantly Surprised

I moved into Pickwick in August of 2013. Mainly out of necessity of a cheap place to live for myself and my son. I wasn't ecstatic about moving in because the grounds seemed to be in great need of updating and remodeling. In the year that I've been here, management has replaced exterior siding and windows, painted all trim, shutters, doors and sheds. Managements has also updated some minor additions on the interior of the apartments. I hope that the children's playground will be upgraded but I'm sure that is already in the works. The maintenance staff is quick and has been able to complete any job request that I have submitted. Tiffany and Jennifer are who I primarily communicate with and they have both been awesome! With the recent updates and seemingly continued dedication for such, I am happy to sign another 1-year lease and continue to reside in Pickwick. The only other thing that I would like to see would be security guard surveillance through the night, and cutting the grass more frequently. Right now, security is on duty until only 1am. Surveillance needs to remain on premises from sunset to sunrise since the surrounding neighborhoods have had some theft issues. I hope these are on the agenda :) Thanks Tiffany, Jennifer and the rest of the Pickwick staff for making my son and I feel at home! Will G

Nice place to live

I've lived here just over a year love my place No bugs maintenance is fast to respond request. The office staff is always pleasant stairs could use touch up paint. For the price it nice would and have recommend to friends.
